From the initial concept to the final implementation – we guide you through the entire design process of your residential or commercial property and ensure smooth realisation thanks to the support of our external partners in construction management and craftsmanship.
1. initial consultation and needs analysis
The process begins with a free and non-binding personal or virtual meeting in which you explain your wishes, needs and visions for your project. This will include a discussion of the project objective, space utilisation, budget, timeline, scope of services and process.
2. conception and planning
After the initial meeting, we develop a customised design solution:
- Space analysis: We analyse how the space is to be used and which elements are to be retained or changed.
- Creation of a design concept: Depending on the scope, a concept usually includes mood boards, colour and material concepts, furnishing suggestions as well as 2D layout plans and 3D visualisations.
- Selection of furniture, materials and accessories: Specific products and materials are selected and provided in a detailed product list.
3. presentation and fine adjustments
The first design concept is presented to you. In this phase, you have the opportunity to provide feedback. The design or furnishing proposal is optimised according to your wishes and, if necessary, joint visits to furniture stores are organised.
4. project management and realisation
As soon as you have approved the concept, it’s time for implementation:
- Procurement and delivery: Furniture, accessories, materials and craftsmanship are ordered or commissioned for you.
- Project coordination: If conversions, renovations or installations are required (e.g. electrical work, painting, furniture assembly), the interior design team or, depending on the scope of the project, an external site manager will coordinate with the relevant specialists.
5. furnishing on site
Finally, we furnish and decorate the room. This includes delivery, furniture assembly, disposal of old furniture/packaging material, placement of all furniture and accessories and a final quality check.
