The new boutique hotel aims to make guests feel at home with authentic architecture and curated design highlights. The interior blends materials, art and furniture into a cohesive masterpiece that unites luxury, tradition and modern design. The Hotel, no longer meeting modern standards, will be transformed by the architects GRUNER&FRIENDS into a boutique hotel blending local heritage with modern luxury. The building will be gutted and rebuilt with expanded layouts inspired by historical floor plans. The simplified façade will be restored in a historic style with 3D-printed elements. Water-in-spired features, including glass bricks on the ground floor, will evoke, the lakes reflective qualities. A restored atrium, spanning all floors, will feature cascading light installations and reflective materials, creating a waterfall effect. Guests will access rooms via a striking atrium elevator for a unique arrival experience.
